Following on from his huge success over the past  9 years working for both national and independent recruiters, Jean-Marc Agache (JM) CertRP (Certificate in Recruitment Practice) felt that it was the right time to open the doors to his own recruitment agency. JM's experience spans a wide range of industry sectors and disciplines which includes the Accountancy, Technical and Commercial fields, supplying Temporary, Permanent and Contract staffing solutions to the three counties area.

JM has gained a reputation for understanding his client's needs and providing a long-term recruitment solution for local businesses, whilst providing a friendly non-intrusive service for candidates. Someone who shares JM's vision is Jake Shuckburgh MIRP CertRP (Certificate in Recruitment Practice).  Having spent many years in the Sales & Hospitality Management arena, Jake progressed to the recruitment industry and has successfully managed national accounts and recruitment campaigns in and around the Oxfordshire area for an international recruiter.

Jake supplies a quality service, achieves the highest level of customer satisfaction and really gets to know his clients in order to create long-lasting and beneficial business relationships.  The partnership of JM and Jake seemed inevitable.

Sarah Mounsdon MIRP CertRP (Certificate in Recruitment Practice)  joined the JMA team on its first anniversary in May 2008. Sarah is a graduate of UWE Bristol with a degree in Business and Management. Sarah has previous experience of working within multi disciplined Marketing environments as well as Retail Merchandising for an international brand. Sarah has a wealth of client liaison experience and offers the highest level of support to her clients.
